Posh school sacks housekeeper over her role in Hotties for heroes charity calendar shoot
Smouldering shots see Kiera Goodwin given marching orders despite raising £30k for ex-servicemen

A PUBLIC school matron was sacked after posing in a sexy calendar to support injured soldiers.
Keira Goodwin has helped to generate £30,000 for ex- servicemen and women by appearing in Hotties for Heroes calendars since 2011.
As this year’s Miss June, she posed with a gun in a skimpy khaki-coloured top and pants.
But Keira, 34, got her marching orders five months after joining the staff at Giggleswick boarding school, North Yorks, after its chiefs found out.
She has now launched an unfair dismissal case against the co-educational school, where places cost up to £31,800 a year.
Her solicitor said Keira was “devastated” at losing her job.
Helen Moore, partner at The Employment Solicitor, told The Sun: “There is no doubt in my mind that her employment was terminated due to the nature of the charity work she does.
“During her employment, she never tried to hide her involvement in the charity calendar or any other aspects of the charity work she has done for the last five years.
“Keira feels her former employers are trying to turn something she is very proud of into something she, as a woman, has been made to feel ashamed of doing.
“She is not ashamed and should not have been made to feel this way.
“She is immensely proud of the work she has done and will continue to do for these charities.”

The £10 calendars raising funds for Help 4 Heroes were launched by Keira’s sister Eneshia Poppins five years ago. They feature family and friends — several of whom are Army wives and girlfriends.
Keira has previously said: “We are all very normal, we come in a range of sizes and all have different careers.”
The mother of one, of Clapham, North Yorks, was dismissed on June 5.
Giggleswick’s headmaster Mark Turnbull said: “We do not comment on employment matters.
“We support Help 4 Heroes and our armed forces through our curriculum and by providing education to children of heroes.”
Last night a Hotties for Heroes spokesman declined to comment.
