Man’s penis became so infected it started to ROT after he removed his genital piercing with a razor blade
South American man's manhood loses all its skin as bacteria turns penis black

A MAN from South America had to have all the skin removed from his penis after it became infected and started to rot.
The 26-year-old had tried to remove his penis piercings with a razor blade and the cuts were soon infected.
Doctors found black plaques of rotten skin and reported a “foul order” when the man asked for medical help.
The “nodules” were implanted by the man 10 years ago in a moment of teenage rebellion.
In South America, nodules are placed in the penis as a show of manhood or to increase sexual pleasure for partners.
Over the last few years, the man has slowly taken out his nodules one by one.
The piercings, which were implanted in his foreskin, started to hurt when the man was having sex.
But after the man tried to remove the last nodule his penis started to swell, according to the British Medical Journal.
