Brit Michael Steven Sandford pleads not guilty to charges related to ‘assassination attempt’ on Donald Trump at rally
The 20-year-old from Surrey enters not guilty pleas to charges including two counts of firearm possession

A BRIT has denied trying to grab a cop’s gun to shoot Donald Trump.
Michael Steven Sandford, 20, was arrested last month at the US presidential hopeful’s rally at a Las Vegas casino.
He entered not guilty pleas to charges including two counts of firearm possession and will face a trial on August 22.
The recluse, originally from Dorking, Surrey, could face up to 30 years in prison if convicted.
Investigators say Sandford told them he drove from California to Vegas and spent the day shooting at a gun range ahead of the Trump rally.
The Brit lived with his mum in Dorking, Surrey, until moving to Hoboken, New Jersey, 15 months ago to live with an American girlfriend.
