David Cameron and wife Samantha face mad dash to find somewhere to live
Outgoing PM needs to find a home for his family after Theresa May's swift succession

DAVID and Samantha Cameron faced a mad dash yesterday to find somewhere to live after being caught out by Theresa May’s swift succession.

But with their home in North Kensington still rented out and their Oxfordshire farmhouse too far away, they had nowhere to go.
Mrs Cameron roped in her trusted former aide and confidante Isabel Spearman to help minutes after Andrea Leadsom pulled out of the Tory leadership at noon.
And by last night, a central London house had been found for them.
The family has already began packing up their two storey Downing Street flat over No 11.
Mr Cameron has already pledged to stay on as MP for Witney until at least the 2020 election.
But friends said last night he will take some time out before he decides what to do next.
He will also bring forward plans for a long summer holiday.
A senior aide said last night: “None of us had any idea things would move so fast today, least of all the Prime Minister.
