A DRUG pusher aged 76 is facing jail after he was convicted of dealing cannabis in a Tesco car park.
Denis McAinsh denied supplying the class B drug at the store in of Glasgow's Riverside Drive.
But a jury found him guilty after a three-day trial at Dundee Sheriff Court.
He was charged along with a group of other men accused of being involved in a Scotland-wide drug supply ring over the course of more than a year in Dundee, Perth, Berwick and "elsewhere unknown".
Some of the gang were convicted and jailed - but the case against McAinsh was delayed due to his ill-health.
He finally appeared in the dock this week and pleading not guilty to supplying the drugs on August 12, 2014.
However, a jury took around an hour to find him guilty by majority.
McAinsh, of Glasgow, was freed on bail after Sheriff George Way deferred sentence for background reports.
