Clint Eastwood blasts the politically correct ‘p***y generation’ as he tells America to get over Trump’s racist remarks

HOLLYWOOD tough guy Clint Eastwood has ripped into the "p***y generation" obsessed with political correctness and told them to "f***ing get over it" after he defended Donald Trump’s racist remarks.
The actor-director hailed the Republican presidential candidate for "just saying what's on his mind" explaining that when he was growing up those things weren’t racist.
In an interview with , the Hollywood legend said Trump, who has condemned Mexicans, Muslims, immigrants and women among others, "was on to something because secretly everybody’s getting tired of political correctness, kissing up".
While he admitted the brash millionaire has said "a lot of dumb things", Eastwood said: “That’s the kiss-ass generation we’re in right now.
“We’re really in a p***y generation.
“Everybody’s walking on eggshells.
“We see people accusing people of being racist and all kinds of stuff.
“When I grew up, those things weren’t called racist.”
The acting legend, whose films include Dirty Harry, The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, Sudden Impact, A Fistful of Dollars and Million Dollar Baby said: “So have all of them. Both sides.
“But everybody – the press and everybody’s going, ‘Oh, well, that’s racist’, and they’re making a big hoodoo out of it”.
And he told America to: “Just f***ing get over it.
“It’s a sad time in history”.

Eastwood has not endorsed Trump, but he said given a choice between the real estate mogul and the former US secretary of state, he said he will vote for Trump in a heartbeat.
He said he does not like how Hillary Clinton said she would carry on Barack Obama’s legacy and added Clinton’s is “a tough voice to listen to for four years”.
"I'd have to go for Trump. You know, 'cause she's declared that she's gonna follow in Obama's footsteps.
“There's been just too much funny business on both sides of the aisle,” he added.
The worst thing about politics today is he said politicians put him to sleep.
He said: “They’re boring everybody.
“Chesty Puller, a great Marine general, once said, ‘You can run me, and you can starve me, and you can beat me, and you can kill me, but don’t bore me.’
“And that’s exactly what’s happening now: Everybody is boring everybody.
“It’s boring to listen to all this s**t.
"It’s boring to listen to these candidates.”
