MOTORISTS have been left stunned after seeing a passenger in a moving car leaning out the window to fiddle with the vehicle’s petrol cap.
Shocking video has emerged showing the incident, which took place in Kent on Friday afternoon.
The back seat passenger can be seen hanging out of the window as the car hurtles down the A2, near Bluewater shopping centre.
And to make matters worse, the car is travelling in the fast lane at the time of the “dangerous stunt”.
Driver Geoff Watkins, 34, of Medway, Kent, was on the way to visit a relative when he saw the drama unfold.
