Father-and-son dognappers who attacked a dog-breeder in her own home to steal her prized £1,500 pugs
Martin Stokes, 47, and his son Thomas, 23, posed as potential buyers before fleeing with the pups

TWO thugs brutally beat a dog-breeding mum to a pulp before running off with her prized pug.
Martin Stokes, 47, and his son Thomas, 23, tricked Liz Swain into believing they were potential buyers for her three £1,500 pedigree pups.
But after letting the brutes into her house, defenceless dog-lover Liz was punched in the face and left bleeding on the floor by the pug muggers.
Two of the 57-year-old's tiny pups managed to escape behind a sofa to escape the clutches of the two burly men.
However another of her prized pooches was snatched by the dad-and-son - and was found by police two days later more than 100 miles away.

Shaken Liz said at the time: "It was terrible. My poor dog has gone and I'm still shaking.
"I've never known anything like it. I was terrified."
Liz told police the pair had been welcomed into her home to view her three puppies after replying to an online advertisement about their sale.
She was left needing hospital treatment for minor injuries after the vicious assault in her own home.
The two men travelled from the East Midlands to Liz's home in Abergavenny, South Wales.
Both men changed their pleas at Cardiff Crown Court, with Stoke Snr pleading guilty to perverting the court of justice and Stokes Jr pleading guilty to theft and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
Judge Patrick Curran QC adjourned sentencing the two men to allow for a pre-sentence report and warned they could receive immediate jail terms.
Stoke Snr, from Mansfield, Notts, and Stoke Jr, from Chesterfield, Derbyshire, were bailed until their sentencing later this month.
