A BRIT couple killed in the Italian earthquake disaster died hugging each other.
Will and Maria Henniker-Gotley were buried under tonnes of rubble and dug out still in their bed.
Will, 55, and Maria, 51, from Stockwell, South London, were sleeping on the top floor of their holiday home when it collapsed in the 6.2 tremor.
Neighbour Davide Perrone, 26, helped save their children
Jack, 14, and Francesca, 15. He said: “I heard from a firefighter that Will and Maria were still in bed, hugging each other.
“It’s so sad, now those poor children are orphans.”

Family friend Marcos Burnett, 14, also died in the quake on Wednesday.
He was staying at the house in Sommati with his parents Simon and Anne Louise, who survived.
The Henniker-Gotley children have been taken to nearby Rieti by pal Roberto Casale to be with an aunt.
Davide said: “The kids weren’t really saying anything in the car. I can’t believe this.”
