Parent’s fury at nursery staff after their toddler is found wandering the streets in nappy
Nursery staff didn't notice three-year-old Joseph Kemp had been gone for 20 minutes

A TODDLER walked the streets for 20 minutes in a nappy and T-shirt after nursery staff did not notice he was missing.
Joseph Kemp, three, was rescued 100 yards away by a passer-by who took him a police station.
He was later reunited with dad Mark, 50.
Furious Mark and wife Sheena said they felt sick when told Joseph had been out near traffic.
Sheena, 44, said: “He’s not going back to the nursery. I could never feel comfortable with him there again.”
