Woman ‘raped by coked-up City trader’ under office desk breaks down in court as she denies agreeing to sex
Accused stockbroker Daniel Green denies alleged victim's claims of rape as trial at Old Bailey continues

A WOMAN allegedly raped by a stockbroker following a cocaine and champagne-fuelled party burst into tears as she insisted she did not agree to sex.
Speaking at the Old Bailey, the unnamed woman said: "I absolutely didn't consent to sex."
Green and his colleagues are said to have taken her and her friend back to their office headquarters near Monument for a wild party.
The alleged victim told how she crawled under a desk at the StratX headquarters to have a nap until she was able to catch the first train home as she did not have her bank card or enough money on her for a cab.
As she lay sleeping in the dark office, Green is alleged to have removed her clothes in the early hours of the morning on May 16 last year.
Those present at the Old Bailey heard she begged him to stop, but Green continued despite her cries.
When asked whether she had spoken to Green before the attack, the alleged victim said: "There was no conversation between Daniel and I prior to him raping me."
Speaking at court, James Riley, for Green, said: "He kissed you and you kissed him back.
"The reason you moved on to the floor and you moved on to your front was so it was easier to take your trousers down."

She replied: "Absolutely not, what happened was rape”.
Breaking down in tears, the alleged victim said she repeatedly told Green “no”, but that she hadn’t been shouting loud enough for anyone else to hear and interrupt the incident.
She said: "I absolutely didn't consent to sex with Daniel, it was rape and I was trying to get away.
"I didn't shout out for someone to come and help me, my focus was in trying to get away."
The unnamed woman estimated the entire incident lasted around a minute and a half, and said Green had been making sexual noises for the duration of that time.
Speaking at court, prosecutor Timothy Forster told how the alleged victim and her friend met up with Green, who had only been working at StratX for a week at the time of the incident.
The pair were drinking and taking cocaine with Green and a group of his colleagues at a bar in the city on the night of the incident.
