Cops called to home of Commons bully John Bercow after ‘late night domestic bust-up with wife Sally’

POLICE were called to the home of Commons bully John Bercow following an alleged late night domestic bust-up
A complaint was made to officers by the former Speaker’s wife Sally, it is thought.
Mr Bercow, 59, was spoken to by cops at the time and then left the couple’s riverside home in Battersea, South West London, “with a face looking like thunder”.
He was not arrested and the matter was dropped by Met cops with no further action.
Details have been logged with the local police community safety unit, which is normal course for cops in such circumstances.
News of the police visit to Mr Bercow’s home comes after he was given a lifetime ban on holding a Parliamentary pass last week for bullying staff.

He was “administratively suspended” from the Labour Party after a two-year probe upheld 21 of 35 claims of bullying brought against him by three of his staff.
An independent appeal panel upheld the verdict by Parliamentary standards watchdog Kathryn Stone that Mr Bercow had displayed “threatening conduct” to staff, including verbal abuse and displays of anger.
A source said police were called to his home and apparently spoke with Sally, 52.
