Gruesome mugshot reveals horrifically burned drunk driver who killed three passengers in horror crash before fleeing hospital
Cops say Terrell Barclay was high and drunk when he slammed into parked cars at high speed

This is the police mugshot of a drink driver who was left with severe burns in a fiery crash that killed three other people.
Terrell Barclay, 28, of Orange, New Jersey, suffered severe burns and spent two months in a medically induced coma.
Cops say he had been drinking and had smoked marijuana when he lost control of the car.
On Wednesday he surrendered to police on charges of homicide by vehicle.
Authorities say Barclay was twice the legal limit to drive when he smashed int parked cars in Bethlehem Pennsylvania on May 6, cops said.
He jumped out of the vehicle and collapsed in a fiery heap in a nearby garden.

His passengers Joshua Edwards, 28, Amanda Martin, 26, and Ashlee Mosher, 29, were killed.
He left the hospital before police filed charges and police put out an appeal to find him.
Police said Barclay contacted officers after the public plea and made arrangements to surrender, reports the .
Barclay appeared before a judge on charges of homicide by vehicle while under the influence, accidents involving death with a suspended license, drunken driving, illegal possession of a firearm by a felon and other offences.
He arrived covered in bandages and wearing a neck and an arm brace.
Barclay has been in trouble with the law before and has drug and burglary convictions, and has several bench warrants for his arrest both in that state and in Lehigh County.
Cops said they found a small bag of marijuana in Barclay's clothing and a stolen gun in the burnt-out wreck.
Barclay was reportedly driving 80-100 mph and was trailed by a police officer, who arrived seconds after the crash.
