Russian millionaire’s ‘road devil’ daughter infamous for reckless speeding clips locked up for flouting traffic laws
Cops jailed self-proclaimed road 'hooligan' Mara Bagdasaryan for 10 days after she clocked up 400 speeding & parking tickets

GLAMOROUS "speed queen" Mara Bagdasaryan has been jailed in Moscow for repeatedly flouting traffic laws.
The 23-year-old Russian "road devil" - a multi-millionaire's daughter - was featured in a police video on a detention cell bed using her £3,500 sleeveless chinchilla jacket to hide her face.
Police evidently wanted to humiliate the heiress with the video released on an official law enforcement website after her repeated defiance which has led to a public outcry.
Bagdasaryan has regularly posted videos of herself flouting the speed limit on major streets in Moscow, or parking in restricted zones.
One recently showed the blinged-up socialite driving at 162 kilometres per hour, or 100 mph, more than twice the speed limit, sparking complaints that she is part of a "spoilt brat rich kid" culture that is above the law.

But now the meat factory mogul's daughter has been locked up for ten days over four cases where she failed to pay fines to the Russian traffic police.
She was also ordered to undertake 72 hours of compulsory work in the community.
And reports in Moscow say there are some 50 more unpaid speeding and parking tickets for which she faces future punishment, with a new court hearing scheduled for later this month.
In the police video, an unnamed uniformed officer said: "Inspectors established that the driver has previously breached traffic regulations numerous times."
In the cell, hiding behind her luxury jacket, she is heard saying: "I didn't see the fines."
She is asked by a police interrogator: "A lot of fines?"
She replied: "No, 16 fines."
She claimed they had been paid but not on time: "That's why I'm here".
