SHOCKING footage shows violence erupting outside a polling station in battleground state Michigan.
Cops were called to the voting centre in Ypsilanti after a white woman was filmed hurling racist abuse at a black voter.
The video shows the angry white woman spitting at the African American lady amid a heated exchange.
Police revealed that the argument broke out between a Hillary Clinton voter and a Donald Trump supporter.
Authorities also said a man joined the fracas and shoved one of the women to the ground.
No one was injured during the ordeal.
Despite police attending the scene, no arrests were made.
Footage of the racially-charged scuffle has went viral.
In his first address as President elect after a bitter campaign, Trump struck a unifying tone in front of crowds cheering “USA, USA”. He said it was “time for America to bind the wounds of division”.
He said: “I pledge to every citizen of our land that I will be president for all Americans, and this is so important for me.”
