Tate, his brother Tristian, and two Romanian women were arrested on December 29 in Bucharest, on suspicion of human trafficking, organised crime and rape.

The misogynistic influencer rotted in the Romanian prison for three months before he was recently released and placed under house arrest.

This followed the winning of an appeal against a judge who decided to extend his time in jail for another month.

Tina Glandian, Tate's lawyer, as revealed that his three months in prison has "taken it's toll" on the man, and he's "struggling to process" what he's been through.

But this didn't stop him from posting a cringe-worthy 20-second long clip of him eating pizza behind a stack of takeaway boxes on Twitter this morning.

The post was an apparent recreation of the video he had shared in December before his infamous arrest.

The footage showed Tate eating from a pizza box while ranting about Greta Thunberg who claimed he had "small d*** energy" after he proudly boasted about the "enormous emissions" his supercars produce.

Tate was then trolled by Greta Thunberg after his arrest over claims that the name of a pizza box in the clip gave away his location to cops amid the pairs social media spat.

Greta taunted Tate on Twitter over the claims at the time, writing: "This is what happens when you don’t recycle your pizza boxes."

But Romanian police later said the pizza box was "not related" to his arrest.

And in his most recent video, Tate can be seen smoking on a cigar while topless as he digs into a slice of pizza from behind the pile of boxes.

In the cringy clip Tate dons a pair of American flag shorts while mocking the original footage, captioning the tweet: "Do it. I don't live in fear".

Glandian, who is also representing Tristian, spilled the latest details on how much Tate is struggling on Piers Morgan Uncensored last night.

She told how Tate is having trouble sleeping and is now focussed on training to regain a "strong mind".

The brothers were  and getting them to travel to their villa on the outskirts of Bucharest.

They are also alleged to have pretended to fall in love with the women, before getting them to work for the business and making them perform sexual acts on webcams.

Romanian authorities reported that they have identified six alleged victims in the case who were subjected to "acts of physical violence and mental coercion" as well as “sexual exploitation”.

But now that they are under house arrest, Glandian said they are allowed to have visitors at their home as well as free reign to use social media and communicate with friends and family.

Under the court restrictions however, the pair are not allowed to speak to their two alleged accomplices known as their "angels", Luana Radu and Georgiana Naghel, who are also under house arrest.

Glandian is hitting back at Romanian authorities for still not formally charging the Tate brothers after a year of investigations.

She said the case needed to go to trial as soon as possible as the number of people discussing Tate online could jeopardise a fair trial.

After being freed from jail, Tate posted a number of strange Tweets, including a bizarre quote apparently about love and war.

And earlier this year Tate's ex-girlfriend has told how she was branded with a tattoo of his name.

The anonymous Brit woman - named only as Sophie - alleged she was slapped, strangled and subjected to sexual violence by Tate after he lured her to Romania.

Sophie claimed she was pulled in by the promise of romance after first striking up a relationship with Tate on Facebook.

The former model alleged she was tightly controlled by Tate - with him even "fining" her if she went out with friends without his permission.

Three British women now aged in their late 20s or early 30s, who worked as webcam models for Tate, have now also said they are to pursue him in the courts in the UK.

They made allegations to police in the UK eight years ago but allege detectives failed to investigate properly before dropping the case.
