This comes just one day after a Russian missile strike on Volodymyr Zelensky’s hometown Kryvyi Rih, killing at least 19 people, including at least nine children.

The latest attack involved at least four Tu-95MS strategic bombers, with Putin's forces unleashing deadly Kh101 missiles from over the Caspian Sea.

Ukraine and its Western allies in Europe believe the horror strikes show the dictator has no interest in US President Trump’s pressure to agree a peace deal with Kyiv.

Instead, he has launched some of the most intensive and sustained attacks of the whole three-year conflict, with Ukraine enduring eight hours of hell in the latest blitzkrieg.
