Mystery ‘Banksy of Royston’ keeps changing letters on pub sign with very rude results
'Oh Bad Arse' and 'The Hoar's Bed' are among the Fawlty Towers style name changes

'OH Bad Arse' is the new name given to an old pub in a Fawlty Towers style prank which locals are attributing to the 'Banksy of Royston'.
The Boar's Head pub in Royston, Hertfordshire, has been victim to numerous rude name changes, including 'The Hoar's Bed'.
The joke, which first began a month ago before a second edit a fortnight later, has been popular in the town as people stopped to take pictures.
It could be a cheeky nod to the 1970s British sitcom Fawlty Towers, in which the letters of the hotel's sign would be mixed up to introduce each episode.
Classics include 'Farty Towels' and 'Fatty Owls'.
The Boar's Head was a Greene King pub and has since remained vacant since it was sold in January, but its exterior seems to be lively enough.

Daniel Newcombe-Williams, 28, works at a nearby pub and says the locals have been calling the word play the work of "The Royston of Banksy".
He adds that people in the town are finding it "hilarious".
Councillor for Royston Tom Perry said: "I can't speak on behalf of Royston Town Council as a whole, but had planning permission been sought for these signage changes I personally think it would have lent an interesting colour to our next planning committee meeting."
