Prince Harry updates — Duke & Meghan reflect on Canada trip after bombshell interview as William speaks on Gaza conflict
PRINCE Harry and Meghan Markle said they were grateful for their time in Canada last week as they marked one year to go before next year’s winter Invictus games.
Speaking to People following Harry’s bombshell TV interview earlier in the week, the couple said: “We loved being back in Canada, a place so meaningful to both of us. It was an honour to be welcomed by the Four Host First Nations, as we marked One Year To Go, together with Invictus coaches, competitors and families.”
The Sussexes said their visit to Canada, where they once considered moving to, “filled their hearts.”
It comes as Prince William spoke out about the Isreal-Gaza conflict, saying “too many have been killed” and called for “an end to the fighting as soon as possible."

Meghan Markle to launch new podcast
The Duchess of Sussex is set to launch a new podcast after her £18million deal with Spotify ended.
The new agreement with American podcast network Lemonada Media will see the Duchess of Sussex, 42, front a new show.
On top of a new podcast, Lemonada Media will also redistribute her old offering, Archetypes.
In a statement, Meghan said: “I’m proud to now be able to share that I am joining the brilliant team at Lemonada to continue my love of podcasting.
“Being able to support a female founded company with a roster of thought provoking and highly entertaining podcasts is a fantastic way to kick off 2024.
“Our plan to re-release Archetypes so that more people can now have access to it, as well as launching a dynamic new podcast are well in the works.”
Prince Harry opens up about the moment he learnt of King’s diagnosis
In a recent interview, Prince Harry opened up about the moment he learnt of his father’s cancer diagnosis.
On Good Morning America, Harry said: “I spoke to him. I jumped on a plane and went to go and see him as soon as I could.
“I love my family. The fact I was able to get on a plane and see him and spend any time with him – I’m grateful for that.”
Harry would have to ‘give up royal titles’ if he became an American citizen
Speaking to Good Morning America on Friday, Prince Harry revealed he had “considered” adopting his wife’s nationality.
But becoming a US citizen would see him give up any royal titles, experts have warned.
Royal author Phil Dampier said: “This is another indication Harry sees his future in America.
“It’s almost as if they are trying to become quasi-American royalty.”
When did King Charles marry Queen Camilla?
King Charles and Queen Camilla’s highly-publicised romance began at a party.
They were introduced in 1971 by Charles’ college girlfriend Lucia Santa Cruz and quickly bonded over their love of polo.
They started dating almost straight away and attended a number of polo matches together.
However, when King Charles left for the Royal Navy they split up, and Camilla got engaged to Army officer Andrew Parker Bowles.

Prince Harry blocked from longer visit by palace aids
Prince Harry’s UK visit was cut short by palace aids, it has been reported.
The Sun on Sunday can reveal Harry, 39, planned for a long heart-to-heart with his dad when he flew to the UK earlier this month.
He had even hoped to join the King — recuperating from cancer treatment — for a few days at Sandringham.
Palace aids blocked Harry’s attempts, however, expressing concern over how long the Duke might end up staying.
Prince Harry NOT seeking a royal return, source claims
A source close to the Sussexed has dismissed claims Prince Harry could be seeking a return to royal duties.
They said: “Do I think if he was asked by his family to help, he would? I can’t imagine he wouldn’t try.
“Do I think he’d offer on his own? No.”
Duke and Duchess bought Sussex website domain name from Brit just weeks ago
Following the launch of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s new website, it has been revealed the couple purchased its domain name from a British businessman just two weeks ago.
The Sussexes paid an undisclosed fee to US-based Neil Agate without arguing the price, the Sun on Sunday has revealed.
Sussex-born Neil created the unique name in 1995 — and held on to it until just two weeks ago.
Prince Harry ‘willing to be a working royal again’
Royal insiders have now claimed the prince would be willing to step back into The Firm to offer a helping hand while the King recovers.
They said the monarch also thought such a move would “benefit the institution”.
Harry and Meghan stepped down as working royals in 2020, before they shifted to the US and started their lives over there.

The Duke of Sussex revealed he will make an effort to his family “as much as he can.”
Harry told Good Morning America he would “stop and see family as much as I can” following King Charles’ cancer diagnosis.
Prince Harry said that he had other trips and plans that would take him to the UK.

Prince Harry insisted he loves the Royal Family in Firday’s interview.
Harry said: “I love my family.
“The fact I was able to get on a plane and see him and spend any time with him – I’m grateful for that.”
‘The kids are doing great’
Prince Harry said his two children are “doing great” in Firday’s bombshell GMA interview.
“The kids are doing great, they are growing up incredibly fast,” he said.
“They have got an incredible sense of humour and make us laugh and keep us grounded every single day like most kids do.
“I am just very grateful to be a dad.”
‘I have considered it’
Prince Harry has confirmed he has “considered” becoming a US citizen during his interview with Good Morning America.
Harry, who lives in California with his wife and their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, jetted to the UK last week to see the King.
He had flown thousands of miles from his California home to be at the King‘s side – but only met with his dad for 30 minutes.

Prince Harry beamed as he tried his hand at curling today just hours after opening up about his father’s cancer diagnosis.
The Duke of Sussex, 39, was joined by Michael Buble in Canada as his three-day trip to launch next year’s Invictus Games drew to a close.
Just hours prior Harry said he’d hoped King Charles‘ cancer diagnosis would heal the family rift.
He and Buble were all smiles as they walked out onto the ice and had a go at the sport.
The Canadian singer gave Harry a reassuring shoulder rub as he prepared to sling his stone towards the target.

Prince Harry told Will Reeve on Good Morning America that you “never leave the military community”.
Harry said: “Once you leave the military from a uniform standpoint, you never leave the community and to have the games every other year but then also to be able to do a one year to go event as well, is literally my annual fix.
“To be amongst this community and have a laugh, have fun, no matter which nation they’re from, the banter is the same.
“I get a lot of energy just from being around these guys.”

Author Ingrid Stewart has slammed Harry and Meghan's use of their royal connections since leaving the firm.
Asked if they were using their royal names to cash in, Ingrid claims: "They never stopped using their royal links, ever.
"No one would be remotely interested in them if it wasn't for their royal links.
"But at least they are aware of that."
