MEGHAN Markle has opened up about how her As Ever brand has “overwhelmed her” and she’s had nights starting up until 3am worrying about the business.
Speaking on Confessions of a Female Founder with Meghan, which aired today, the Duchess of Sussex, 43, opened up about her £22 honey and £11 jams.
The mum-of-two sat down with her friend, Bumble founder Whitney Wolfe Herd, 35, for the debut episode of her business podcast.
Meghan shared: “Let's be honest, launching a business, it can be so overwhelming.
“Even with the best of teams, it'll keep you up at night because every single decision, every micro detail, in that moment, it feels monumental.
“For example, a month ago, I was absolutely consumed with packaging, boxes. It's all I could think about. And I would sit there doing the unboxing in my head. Is there tissue paper?

“What about the packing peanuts, but they're biodegradable, and where does the sticker go? “And hold on, what size is the box gonna be?
“And then I'm sitting there and I'm like, does any of this actually matter? Of course it matters. “It matters at the beginning, but how much does it matter?”
Meghan’s As Ever brand launched five days ago and sold out in under one hour.
Fans snapped up the £11 raspberry preserve, which is marketed as a "luscious fruit-forward spread" in "elegant keepsake packaging".

Shoppers also rushed to nab £9 teas, including lemon ginger, peppermint and hibiscus.
While the launch may have been successful, Meghan shared the struggles that went into its creation.
She continued: “But can you turn it off? I say this because last night I was just, you know when your brain goes in a loop, those 3am loops, and it's just like, you can't stop overthinking the thing.
“And oh gosh, but that packaging, and I want the packaging to look like this, and that's not the unboxing experience I had in mind.”
Meghan sent her jams to a number of celebrities who shared unboxing videos, including Kris Jenner and Zoe Saldaña.
The new show is hosted by female-founded Lemonada Media, after her £18million Spotify deal fell through following reports they did not meet "productivity requirements".
Previously she had launched the Archetypes podcast on the platform in August 2022, which featured interviews with the likes of Serena Williams and Mariah Carey.
Also in Meghan’s new episode, she opened up about her experiences of motherhood and her postpartum preeclampsia.
She also spoke about family life with Archie, five, and Lilibet, three, including how she is potty-training.
The podcast will feature eight episodes and focus on Meghan's journey as an entrepreneur.
Meghan's podcast meanwhile follows her eight-part Netflix series, With Love, Meghan, which saw her making meals and crafting with Hollywood pals.
