‘That’s a naughty question’ – Lineker, Shearer and Richards stunned by listener’s ‘bombshell’ on podcast
GARY LINEKER, Alan Shearer and Micah Richards were left stunned on their podcast.
That’s after a listener hit them with a “bombshell” question.
The trio sat down for their weekly podcast for a special Q&A session.
The former England footballers are always a smash hit with fans.
And they were flooded with requests from listeners desperate for answers.
But all three were caught off guard by the very first question.

A loyal supporter cheekily asked who they would fancy bringing in to do the podcast as a new host.
And who would the trio want to axe from the current line-up?
It read: “If you could transfer someone out, who would you replace them with?”
Shearer laughed first, exclaiming: “That’s a bomb and a half, that is.”

Lineker then guffawed: “That’s a naughty question. I think when you’ve got a winning team you stick with it.”
Luckily for Lineker, his pals agreed.
Shearer declared: “I wouldn’t sub anyone, I’m more than happy with you two.”
Richards added: “I’ll have to go with Al, I’m not changing, I’m not leaving.”
But there was a warning for Shearer and Richards from Lineker.
He noted: “None of us are leaving, we’re happy with the team we’ve got, but I’m the boss here, so that might change…”
