He makes just his fourth start here on the back of an excellent second at Southwell last week. He saw out a similar trip nicely there and his quick comeback means he’s back from the same handicap mark. He doesn’t need much more to get off the mark.

YEALAND (3.55 Carlisle, nb)

Had a walkover win at Haydock earlier this week but he was in fine form anyway thanks to a game win at Newcastle. He has more to come off this fair weight.

ONE MORE STROKE (3.20 Carlisle, treble)

Is consistent and followed a Musselburgh win with a close-up third at Catterick last time. He’s only 1lb higher than that success which is a big plus.

BEL AMIGO (2.10 Carlisle)

Looks good for the Lucky 15 after he scored over this course and distance latest. This race looks no tougher and he’ll be right there again.
