Jean-Philippe Mateta shines again despite blunder
The Frenchman put in a fantastic performance alongside his goal scoring counterparts Eze and Sarr.
Despite an important miss from the spot, Mateta provided an invaluable option going forwards and drove the Eagles towards the goal at every opportunity.
If he hadn't written his name into Palace folk lore already, he has now.
'We can't sulk for too long'
McGinn went on to rouse the Villa fans and push his side to come back stronger from the loss today, saying: "We're going to use the hurt from today to come back stronger next season and hopefully get the supporters another trip to Wembley.
"The overriding feeling is hurt and disappointment.
"We've got an important last four games to achieve European football again and get us back to the Champions League so we can't sulk for too long."
'Craving success and a trophy'
Aston Villa's captain John McGinn is desperate for a trophy, saying: "What was at stake today was huge for both clubs, but for us we are craving success and a trophy.
"The club has not experienced that for a long time.
"But the manager doesn't have to rant and rave, it was a huge disappointment."
'We can do it'
When asked about the potential of winning Crystal Palace's first major trophy, Eze said: "100% [confident].
"We have showed performances like this all the time, we're not worried or fearful of facing anyone. I trust us that we will put in the work and hopefully we can do it."
Eze to give Man of the Match award to Sarr
The attacker said (on Ismaila Sarr): "He's top.
"I probably got this [man of the match award] prematurely so I will probably be giving it to him inside, but he's helped us so much this season."
Oliver Glasner does it again...
A victory today marks four wins in five games against Unai Emery's Villa and makes Oliver Glasner the first Austrian manager to reach the FA Cup final.
Palace have struggled in recent weeks but the level they've reached since Christmas has been outstanding and Glasner will be praying his side can keep hold of their key players for next season.
'We believe we can do it'
Eberechi Eze said: "Special day.
"I'm grateful to God for the opportunity to play here, to win, to go to the final.
"We want to go all the way and we believe we can do it."

The Eagles have landed …. in the FA Cup final!
Two stunning goals in either half from Eberechi Eze and Ismaila Sarr blew Aston Villa away.
And Sarr applied the cherry on top of the cake with a third deep in stoppage time to really rub it in.
Palace could even afford the luxury of a missed spot kick from Jean-Philippe Mateta as they ran out convincing victors.
Unai Emery turned to his bench to try and revive his side with Leon Bailey and Ian Maatsen coming on for John McGinn and Lucas Digne.
Then Jacob Ramsey and Ross Barkley replaced Marco Asensio and Bouba Kamara.
Emery's last throw of the dice was to send on Donyell Malen for Morgan Rogers.
But this was Palace's day.
Villa just can't beat the Eagles, who made it four wins and a draw from their last five meetings with Unai Emery's men to deservedly book their place in next month's final.
They simply had too much firepower and pace up front for Villa to handle as Eze, Mateta and Sarr ran riot.
Adam Wharton and Dean Henderson deserve special mentions too.
But in truth Palace, unlike Villa, didn't have a failure.
