Templegate’s early tip as Epsom Oaks CONFIRMED runners, riders and draw revealed
WILLIAM BUICK has got the dream draw on red-hot Oaks favourite Desert Flower.
The 5-4 1,000 Guineas winner will break from stall one in Friday's blockbuster Group 1.
Minnie Hauk, the mount of Ryan Moore, will be next to him in two.
A field of nine will go to post for the 1m4f contest won last year by Dermot Weld's Ezeliya.

Templegate's verdict on the Oaks draw

Stall 1 hasn’t been great in the Oaks with only Tuesday scoring from there this century in 2022.
That’s not the best news for Desert Flower who comes from there - but the smaller field than the Derby gives her more hope from the inside.
Stall 8 is still looking for its first win of the millennium so that’s a big negative for Wemightakedlongway.
I always thought Elwateen looked a cracking each-way bet at around the 10-1 mark but now she’s been drawn in stall 5 confidence has grown.
That box has taken the race four times this century – the best of any position.
