West Ham transfer news: David Gold confirms signing of Turkish star Gokhan Tore on one-year loan

WEST HAM have confirmed the signing of Gokhan Tore.
The Besiktas star, 24, has been linked with a move to Upton Park all summer.
But now co-owner David Gold has took to Twitter to reveal a deal had been done for the winger.
Tore said: "I am very happy to be at West Ham. I watched many games that they played last season and saw how passionate the fans are.
"That made me want to come here and I am looking forward to playing in front of them.
"Slaven was also a big factor in me coming here and he is a great manager.

"He is the main man and knows me very well. I could not have said no to him.
"He is the best manager I have worked under and he is like a father to the players. You feel like you are family."
Tore made 111 appearances and bagged 19 goals for the Turkish giants - who were formerly managed by Slaven Bilic.
There is also an agreement that if Tore impresses at the Olympic Stadium, the club can buy him on a permanent deal.
Tore began his career at Chelsea before moving on to Hamburg in 2011.
He had a brief spell on-loan at Rubin Kazan before leaving to join Besiktas in 2013.
Tore joins the Hammers two other signings Havard Nordtveit and Sofiane Feghouli who both arrived on free transfers.
