Sexy new Doctor Who frontrunner emerges in the race to become the new Time Lord – spin-off star Fady Elsayed

A FRONT-runner in the race to be the new Doctor Who is little-known hunk Fady Elsayed.
Bosses of the BBC One sci-fi drama have the 28-year-old actor in their sights as successor to Jodie Whittaker.
She quits the Tardis later this year, having played the Time Lord for four years.
Elsayed, the London-born son of Egyptian parents, first came to the attention of producers when he appeared in a 2016 Doctor Who spin-off called Class.
A source said: “Fady would be a very different doctor — but that’s precisely what the creators want.
“He would also be one of the most attractive.”
The announcement of who will play the 14th Doctor Who is expected from boss Russell T Davies, 58, within weeks, with filming due to start in April.
Elsayed once said of the sci-fi drama: “Growing up, that was all that was on TV. I was always very aware of Doctor Who. Now I’m a huge, huge fan.”
Others tipped for the role include Omari Douglas, 27, and Lydia West, 28, who starred in Channel 4 drama It’s A Sin
