Maralee Nichols ‘DEMANDS Tristan Thompson pay $47K a month & $1M in legal fees’ after he ‘refuses to give child support’

MARALEE Nichols has demanded that Tristan Thompson pay "$47K" a month and $1million in legal fees after he allegedly refused to give child support to his third child, Theo.
Maralee, 31, has heated up her legal battle against Tristan, 30, according to .
The fitness model filed the paperwork at a Los Angeles court at the beginning of March.
In the legal documents, Maralee claimed that the Chicago Bulls player has an "income of $9.7million alone."
The trainer has requested a "guideline monthly child support of $47,424.”
Tristan's third baby mama has asked the court to order the NBA star to pay her legal fees, which has exceeded by $1million.

She claimed that her newborn baby "and I are living at a far depressed standard of living than Tristan.”
Tristan's former mistress claimed her "expenses will resume once Theo gets older and Covid-19 restrictions are lifted.”
She added: “I have made a tremendous effort to reduce my spending. Previously, my average month’s expenses for clothing were in excess of $5,000 a month.”
Maralee accused her former lover of living a “lavish celebrity lifestyle” while she has reportedly been staying at an apartment with a roommate.

Tristan also shares 3-year-old daughter True with his ex Khloe Kardashian, 37.
The athlete is also the father of 5-year-old son Prince with ex Jordan Craig, with whom he currently pays child support.
Maralee had given birth to Tristan's third child back in December 2021, after the two had been battling it out in court.
Back in January, he admitted in a lengthy Instagram post that he is indeed the father of Maralee's child.
After Tristan revealed the paternity results, he also issued a public apology to Khloe.
The exes were in an exclusive relationship at the time of Tristan's affair with Maralee.
'NOTHING TO SUPPORT HIS SON'
Maralee also previously claimed that Tristan has made no attempt to visit their son since he was born.
Her representative Harvey Englander told : “Despite news reports stating otherwise, Tristan Thompson has done nothing to support his son."
“He has not made any attempt to meet their son nor has he provided any financial assistance.
'IT IS REALITY'
Recently, Khloe opened up to and revealed that her upcoming Hulu show will dive into Tristan's infidelity.
She confessed: "It will be addressed on the show. We try as a family to protect the privacy of our partners or significant others since they didn't really sign up for this; we did.
"But if something is really public like this was, it would be strange if Tristan was a part of the show and then all of a sudden he disappears and we don't ever talk about it."

Khloe concluded: "Viewers will almost feel slighted, like we aren't sharing things and it's not as real.
"So yes, we do address it. I always try to be as respectful as possible, but it is reality."
