Cole and his dance partner Vanessa Bauer achieved the first perfect score of the first 40 out of 40 on this year's series. 

According to BetVictor, he has a 4/3 chance of winning the show.

While PaddyPower shows that he has a 4/1 chance.

Following the same prediction is OLBG, which also states that Cole has a 4/1 chance of being crowned the winner.
