DANCING on Ice star Dr Hilary Jones says he’s still suffering from injuries picked up in the show.
And the GP and telly medic says he should have asked for more cash.
Dr Jones told : “One thing I did that definitely didn't pay me enough to compensate for my injuries was Dancing on Ice in 2010.
"I still have a ruptured tendon in my shoulder and a rotator cuff repair on the other one from falling on the ice.
"It was a fantastic experience and I learnt a new skill, but everybody gets injured on that show.
"I survived, but it was painful and looking back I would have asked for more money and a different clause in the contract increasing the amount of medical insurance.

“I took out private insurance, thinking that if I got a serious injury and it needed to be put right, I’d be covered.”
He told a money supplement that his two divorces had been costly.
Dr Jones added: “In between finishing school and going to medical school, I was really on the breadline.
“A mate of mine and I bought an Austin A40 for 40 quid and we drove down to the south of France.

“The idea was that we would pay our way by picking grapes but we lasted two days.
“When we got to the south of France we lived on the beach, under boats and in tents. We ate spaghetti cooked on a camping stove with a bit of Marmite on top and what fruit we could steal from the market. We were really on the breadline but we survived and our parents bailed us out when we got home.
“I've also experienced two divorces and have given up half my pension each time. But you need to do the right thing and make sure that your ex wife and your children are going to be cared for.
"I'm on good terms with my exes.”
