TRAITORS star Diane Carson has become the first contestant to bag another big show after signing up for Celebrity MasterChef.
The retired teacher, 63, appeared on the hit BBC murder-mystery game show alongside her son Ross.
Viewers saw him shame her cooking, saying she couldn’t cook a Sunday roast without “cremating” it.
But after leaving The Traitors, Diane said she would be up for a telly cooking show: “I think it would be great to do Sunday Roasts at Diane’s House with celebrities.
“How good would that be! I’d have anybody round, that would be fine! And my roast dinners aren’t as bad as Ross says.”
A TV insider said: “Diana was one of the most popular people to take part in the show.

“Traitors fans will be delighted she’s making an appearance in another BBC prime-time show, and will get the chance to prove she’s not the kitchen disaster her son claims she is.”
Diana’s relationship to Ross was kept secret from the other Traitors contestants.
In one of the most shocking scenes last month, she left the show after drinking from a “poisoned chalice” and had to climb into a coffin to be “buried alive”.
Irish Diane, from Lytham St Annes, Lancs, is set to be joined on Celebrity Masterchef by Geordie Shore star Charlotte Crosby, Steps singer Ian “H” Watkins, presenter Edith Bowman, Radio 1Xtra’s Snoochie Shy and Gladiator Nitro, AKA Harry Aikines-Aryeetey.
