MAFS star Polly shows off incredible four stone weight loss as she strips off to a bikini in Australia
MARRIED At First Sight UK star Polly Sellman looked incredible as she flaunted her four stone weight loss in new bikini snaps.
The 28-year-old relocated to Australia after shooting to fame on the latest series of MAFS UK, and she took to Instagram to share some highlights so far.
In one photo Polly stunned in a barely-there red two piece, while another showed her posing up a storm in a green bikini as she posed against the backdrop of the ocean.
Polly - who had a dramatic experience on MAFS with her groom Adam Nightingale - recently shared with fans how she managed to overhaul her body.
Writing on social media, she said: “It's not until I look at these photos back that I really do see how different I look. It's been a case of upping my water intake, eating less and moving more.
“And I love that I've found a huge passion for fitness again because of the routine I really kept to, and still do.”

And Polly revealed she’s not quite done yet, adding: “I still have a little way to go to get to my goal weight then when I'm there it's going to be building strength and maintaining the weight I've lost without living a restricted lifestyle and keep a healthy relationship with food and drink.”
And Polly has wasted no time in moving on from Adam following their explosive split on the show.
Last month it was revealed she’s moved on with a hunky new man she met in Sydney.
An insider told The Sun: “Polly and her new man met when she landed in Sydney, and they’ve been on lots of lovely dates planned by him.

They’ve been to a wildlife centre, cinema, and are planning on some weekends away with friends, as well as long beach days booked in too.
“Polly is really enjoying her newfound romance, because they’ve been honest with each other about what they want and had the initial hard conversation about what they’re looking for.
“They want to find their feet in Sydney without rushing into things, and enjoy each other’s time as much as they can, knowing it’s just them.”
