Tyga reveals he split from Kylie Jenner because she was overshadowing his career

TYGA has revealed he split from Kylie Jenner because she was overshadowing his career.
The rapper and the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star dated for two years before they called it quits last month.
They first met back when he performed at Kendall Jenner's Sweet 16 birthday party in 2011 but didn't start dating until 2014 after Tyga had split from Blac Chyna - who is now engaged to Kylie's brother Rob.
Tyga and Blac Chyna have a son called King Cairo together and she is now pregnant with Rob's first child.
After many ups and downs and rumoured break-ups they finally broke up in May and now Tyga, 26, has revealed it was because he thought their relationship was affecting his career.
Speaking on Big Boy TV about his new album, he said: "When you’re in a very public relationship like that, it’s hard for other people to see you differently than that.
"Being in that it took a lot, career wise, everything. It overshadowed a lot of my talents and a lot of things that I worked hard for.

"It got to the point where it was like, ‘I respect you, you respect me.’ I think it’s a mutual thing. This is what needs to happen.
"When something is so damaged or something is just not right, you can’t fix it in a moment. The only thing is time.”
However, he said the pair are still in contact and didn't rule out reuniting with Kylie, 18, in the future.
He said: "Maybe later on in life, maybe we might come back.
"She's young. When you're young, you're going to make mistakes.
"All of those mistakes are going to be in the public eye so that puts a lot of strain on the relationship.
"Right now, I want to focus on what I need to do. I just wanted to get back to just me. I think for her as well."
He also confirmed he is single and denied he is dating Demi Rose.
Meanwhile, is reporting that Kylie flew to Jamaica to support Tyga while he was filming a music video.
However, a source told the outlet that she didn't appear in the video and the pair are "just friends" even though she posted a picture of herself on Tyga's bed on Snapchat.
Since they parted ways Kylie has been getting close to rapper PartyNextDoor, real name Jahron Braithwaite as revealed exclusively in The Sun.
A source said of Kylie’s new romance: “Their relationship started quite suddenly but it just feels right. They are mad for each other. She doesn’t know why she wasted time with Tyga.
“Kylie’s family found the eight-year age gap with Tyga a bit weird, especially as they got together before she turned 18 last year.
“PartyNextDoor is much better as he’s only four years older than her.”
She was also snapped on a night out with her sister Khloe's ex French Montana when they were partying at Hollywood hotspot, The Nice Guy.
