Jodie Marsh may come to regret picking a fight with beloved daytime TV host Phillip Schofield after taking umbrage with him and his This Morning co-presenter Holly Willoughby over their recent interview with her.
The controversial model and body builder appeared on the ITV show yesterday to discuss her plans to use a sperm donor to start a family after splitting with her husband earlier this year.
While the segment drew criticism from viewers for Holly failing to point out to the 37-year-old that her plum-coloured lipstick had stained her teeth, Jodie made clear that her real issue was with Phil.
Taking to Twitter to vent her frustration, she tweeted: "It's a real shame that I was told that's what the interview was about but instead Phil just wanted to talk about sex & my exes...
"And he was talking about me 15 years ago!! He wasn't interested in who I am NOW - and I'm PROUD of the woman I've become. Very proud!"
She explained that before she met her ex James Placido she had been researching sperm banks and now that she is again single, it’s "back to the drawing board".
She wrote: "And instead of being sensitive about that, I really felt like Phil especially was gunning for me yesterday & was actually quite mean to me.
"It's a heartbreaking situation to be in. 37yrs old, marriage broken, no kids, low egg count, alone & scared. It's not a laughing matter....
"I can't believe someone could turn that into such a joke as to talk about my exes from 15 years ago & about my sex life from years ago!!!"
She added that she "might never be as lucky as Holly & Phil as to find my fairytale romance & perfect family but I will always find a way to be happy for ME!"

Wanting to take things further, she then tweeted the usually mild-mannered 54-year-old directed.
She wrote:“I was booked to talk about sperm donation, not my sex life from 15yrs ago or my first marriage (that you got the facts wrong about) @Schofe.
“And it wasn’’t even the questions I was bothered about. It was the way you asked them & your tone with me @Schofe.”
Hitting back, silver fox Phil, replied: “Next time I’ll certainly check with @JodieMarsh that it’s ok to ask the questions she was booked to talk about!”
He signed off with two crying with laughter emojis.
Deciding to up the ante, Jodie then shared a video in which she lamented that she “hadn’t been given enough air time”.
Addressing the issue of her lipstick, she said: “Maybe someone should have told me.
“I definitely would have told someone I was interviewing but maybe that’s just me.”
