HARRY Styles has revealed how he once felt ashamed of his sex life in his most candid interview yet.
The 28-year-old - whose third album is slated for imminent release - has begun to navigate his way through intimacy-related issues, a journey he detailed in a new interview.
Trust was a difficult concept for Harry, a former member of teen-favourite boyband One Direction, as he explained to .
"For a long time, it felt like the only thing that was mine was my sex life," he explained.
"I felt so ashamed about it, ashamed at the idea of people even knowing that I was having sex, let alone who with.
"At the time, there were still the kiss-and-tell things. Working out who I could trust was stressful."

Luckily, for the Watermelon Sugar pop singer, his perspective switched, and he questioned his shame owing to the fact he's young and single.
During the era of his second, Brit-nominated album Fine Line in 2019, Harry faced scrutiny surrounding his sexuality.
The singer, who hails from Worcestershire, said it is a "bizarre and outdated" expectation to publicly announce who he'd slept with and how he defined it.
He added: "I've been really open with it with my friends, but that's my personal experience - it's mine.
"The whole point of where we should be heading, which is toward accepting everybody and being more open, is that it doesn't matter."

It has been over a decade since curly-haired, 16-year-old Harry auditioned for The X Factor.
During the 2010 series, he was placed in the judge-curated boyband One Direction, alongside Liam Payne, Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik.
Since going solo, his career has continued to soar, with his name the first confirmed for the star-studded line-up of Capital's Summertime Ball in June later this year.
