In the photo a beaming Katie is seen wearing a black and white bikini flaunting the results of her biggest-ever boob job.

The mum-of-five put her hand in the air as she and Ryan Mira posed against a stunning island backdrop.

Katie returned from her three-week break in Thailand earlier this month, where she'd been joined by on/off fiance Carl Woods and her youngest children Jett, nine, and Bunny, eight.

It comes after Katie frankly confessed she's gone too far with plastic surgery.

More on Katie Price

She told The Jeremy Vine show on Channel 5: "I'm never happy.

"Today I looked in the mirror and thought 'I'm so ugly'. I think, 'oh no more on the face', you know when you get that surgery look? I've got that now.

"Not that I'm bothered because I've done it to myself, but sometimes you have to pull back a bit."

Katie most recently went under the knife in December in a bid to get bigger breasts.

She has since been issued an urgent warning by top surgeons over her HH boobs.

They believe she could run into serious complications including sagging skin around the breasts, posture problems, spine problems, back and shoulder pain and potential breathing problems.

Katie continued: "It's a fact, I've had more boob jobs than men I've slept with and that's a good thing.

"I'm 44 now and at my age there's not many women who can say they haven't had that many men."
