ELTON John fans were left gutted this evening as Dua Lipa failed to appear during his final UK show at Glastonbury.
The Rocket Man singer, 76, took to the stage for an historic performance to close the 2023 festival tonight and was joined by a host of famous faces.
But Dua wasn’t one of them when Elton started singing Cold Heart.
Those watching at home rushed to comment on her absence, with one writing: “What could Dua Lipa possibly be doing that she had to pass up a guest slot to sing this song with him #EltonJohn.”
A second said: “Why on earth did Dua Lipa turn this gig down??? Big mistake. HUGE!! #EltonJohn #Glastonbury.”
While a third remarked: “Jaysus...did Dua Lipa turn down #EltonJohn or did he not ask her?”

“Dua lipa not turning up is very disappointing! #Glastonbury,” added a fourth.
Meanwhile, fresh talent Rina Sawayam took for Elton's smash hit Don't Go Breaking My Heart.
Despite her impressive performance, fans were disappointed that the track's original star didn't take to the stage herself.
Exuberant Gabriels frontman Jacob Lusk was a full of vibrant energy in a bright pink suit for Are You Ready For Love, while American singer-songwriter Stephen Sanchez performed TikTok favourite Until I Found you.

The biggest guest star was Killers frontman Brandon Flowers who lent his talents to a mesmerising version of Tiny Dancer.
Elton arrived on stage in a gold suit and took a seat at the piano as fireworks went off, before he launched into a rendition of Pinball Wizard.
After performing The Bitch Is Back, Sir Elton told the crowd: “I never thought I would ever play Glastonbury and here I am.
“It's a very special and emotional night for me because it might be my last show ever in England, so I had better play well and I had better entertain you, you've been standing there so long and I really appreciate all the outfits and everything.”
He then launched into renditions of Benny And The Jets, Daniel, Goodbye Yellow Brick Road and I Guess That's Why They Call It The Blues.
After a rendition of Someone Saved My Life Tonight, he told the crowd: “When I chose my guests for this show I wanted to have newer artists, save for one person, and this boy I heard last year on the radio... I've asked him to come to Glastonbury to do his song and he's an amazing young talent.”
