Game Of Thrones series eight spoilers: Ellie Kendrick reveals her character Meera Reid ‘has been axed from the show’ – killing off the fan theory she’s Jon Snow’s TWIN

GAME Of Thrones star Ellie Kendrick has hinted her character Meera Reid may have been axed from the show - killing off the fan theory that she's Jon Snow's TWIN.
The actress has suggested she might not be appearing in season eight and her exit will silence speculation she was going to be involved in a huge plot twist.
Ellie, 27, played feisty Meera who helped Bran Stark in his quest for the Three-eyed Raven.
But the TV star has revealed she has yet to receive a call from producers inviting her back to set to film the new episodes.
As the new new series is due to go into production next year and the cast have already been at a script read-through - it could mean has been dropped from the cast.
She told : "I wait for the phone to ring and then I find out, but it hasn't rung so I don't know.
"I'll find out whether I am or not at some point, but for now I haven't been notified so I'm yet to discover."
And Ellie doubts Meera and Bran, played by Isaac Hempsted Wright, will ever be reunited after saying goodbye.
She said: "It was a sad day to say farewell to young Isaac - not so young now and also very tall, which means he was so difficult to put on the sled, which I actually did, although he's a lot taller than me.
"It was really sad on a personal level, because we had a little gan which dwindled further and further as the seasons went on.
Meera had previously been the focus of a fan theory which suggested she may have an even bigger role in the show's eighth and final series.
Online gossip hinted that she was going to be unveiled as Jon Snow's secret twin sister, who has a claim to the Iron Throne due to his newly-discovered royal parentage.
Jon is played by British actor Kit Harington.
