LeAnn Rimes recreates Coyote Ugly bar scene 17 years after the original movie
The singer's track Can't Fight the Moonlight was the cult chick flick's theme song
LeAnn Rimes delighted her fans when she recreated Coyote Ugly's famous dancing on the bar scene during a night out with pals.
The 35-year-old singer no doubt made her Instagram followers' day when she shared a snap of herself reenacting the moment while partying in Aspen, Colorado.
The American singer admitted that she couldn't resist showing off her moves when the bar played her much-loved hit, Can't Fight the Moonlight.
"This is what happens when your friends at @kemosabe1990 in Aspen move locations and open up a bad ass private bar upstairs and then turn on Can't Fight the Moonlight. No one could resist! Coyote Ugly 2.0!" she captioned the fun shot.
LeAnn was of course recreating the scene at the end of the 2000 movie which saw actresses Piper Perabo, Maria Bello and Bridget Moynahan singing and dancing on the bar, before LeAnn herself joined in.
Can't Fight the Moonlight - which was sung by an 18-year-old LeAnn and written by Dianne Warren - was the theme song for the comedy drama, though it went on to achieve success on a global scale.
The track shot to the top of the charts in the UK, though reached the top 20 in every country it charted in.
It wasn't LeAnn's first taste of fame, however, as the singing sensation rose to fame at the tender age of 13 with her rendition of the Bill Mack song Blue.
Away from her music career, LeAnn is married to Sunset Beach actor Eddie Cibrian, 44.

The actor famously left Real Housewives star Brandi Glanville for the singer in 2009, with the pair marrying in 2011.
Speaking on Loose Women in August, LeAnn revealed that she and Eddie - who shares two sons with his ex-wife - are planning to welcome a baby together in the future.
Pressed on the subject of children, she confessed: "Oh of course that's going to come up! We practice a lot! I'll take my time."
