KATIE Price is set to be "single by the summer" as she calls in lawyers to sort out her divorce from Kieran Hayler.
The 39-year-old exclusively revealed to The Sun her devastation when she discovered her third husband had been cheating on her with their children's nanny, Nikki Brown, in August last year.

While she announced her intentions to divorce soon after, Kieran has remained living at the family home, but the Sunday People now claims Katie is ready to proceed with ending their marriage and has consulted divorce lawyers.
The publication reports that the mother-of-five wants to keep the split "amicable" and will let Kieran live on her country estate in Sussex to "maintain the farm" and "help look after the kids."
A source told the newspaper: “She has had it with Kieran and wants to move on.
“It’s pretty sad because she really tried, they both did. But at the end of it all she can’t get over all the lies.

“The moment he slept with her best friend, that was when it was over. She has done everything to make it work but said, ‘I won’t go on living a lie’.
The couple have two children together, son Jett Riviera, three, and Bunny, two, while Katie also has son's Harvey and Junior and daughter Princess from previous relationships.
Katie - who was pictured this weekend wrapped in bloodied bandages after having a full face lift - and Kieran, 30, married in 2013 but their union has been plagued by drama, after the painter and decorator cheated on his wife with her best friend Jane Poutney.
The star chose to forgive him, but after trying to save their marriage again in recent months following his latest infidelity, it appears Katie has finally had enough and is ready to be "single by the summer."

The insider continued: "At the moment, they co-habit. But she is unhappy. Being no stranger to divorce, she wants it amicable.
"The kids are their focus and having him around is good for them.
"He will stay in the house as long as they can stick it out to help maintain the property and care for the kids.”
