The building has various amenities including a pool, a children's play room, a gym, a wine room and a 5,000-square-foot landscaped roof terrace.
Bella and The Weeknd began dating in early 2015 but took a break in December of that same year, spending the holidays apart.
They got back together soon after and made their red carpet debut as a couple in February 2016 at the Grammy Awards.
They split again in November 2016, and The Weeknd then went on to date Selena Gomez - whose phenomenal figure he praises in his track Starboy.
The pair confirmed they had rekindled their romance earlier this month, when they were pictured on an ice cream date in NYC.
They set tongues wagging when they were spotted kissing and cuddling at Coachella in April, and again at the Cannes Film Festival in May.
The following February, Bella opened up on the difficulties of dealing with a break-up in the public eye.
She told Teen Vogue: "It was my first breakup—or second, next to the horse—and so public.
"As an outsider, you might think I handled it so well, but it's always in your heart, and you always feel it very heavily."
She added, "It'll be hard for a while.
"Love hurts, but you have to pull through."
