GABBY Allen has been pictured with mystery bruises around her lips on a trip to the supermarket with her boyfriend, Myles Stephenson.

The former Love Island star's lips appeared swollen and uneven, with the bruises particularly prominent on the outer corners of her mouth.

Gabby dressed casually and went make-up free as she went shopping with her pop star boyfriend.

As well as bruised lips, there appeared to be marks on the reality star's forehead.

Earlier in the day, Gabby posted a selfie to her Instagram story but strategically covered both her lips and forehead with well-placed text.

Replying to a fan asking 'Do you always look perfect?' Gabby simply replied 'No', placing the question over her forehead and her answer across her mouth.

The mysterious bruises could spark speculation that the blonde beauty has had lip filler injections, with Gabby open about her desire to go under the knife in the past.

Speaking during her stint on Celebrity Big Brother earlier this year, Gabby said that cruel Twitter trolls had made her consider surgery.

She explained: "I've had a lot of trolls and nasty comments before in the past and it takes a lot of self-love and work to really get over them and take it on the chin and just brush it off.

"Believe it or not I do suffer with self-confidence issues, I've spoken openly about it before, wanting work done because I don't think I suffice in areas maybe I should.

"There are things I've considered getting done in order to make myself 'sexier' or 'prettier' or worth it, so it's taken a lot of work for me to get where I am today confidence-wise, which I still struggle with."

Gabby has not publicly commented on whether or not the new bruises are a result of cosmetic surgery, with her agent declining to comment when approached by The Sun Online.
