KATIE Price is reportedly lost and devastated after her son Harvey moved into residential care an hour away - leaving her all alone.
The 40-year-old star made the decision for her 16-year-old son to live in the home during the week after she admitted she was struggling to care for him. He will come home on weekends and school holidays.
A source told Magazine: "He's about an hour's drive from Katie's house so it's not just like he's around the corner and that's a big deal for her.
"She's massively emotional about it. She's in pieces".
Harvey, who has Prader-Willi Syndrome, is partially sighted and also struggles with septo-optic dysplasia, which affects his growth.
Katie has four other children Junior, 13, and Princess, 11, a Jett, five, and Bunny, four, but shares custody of them with first husband Peter Andre and Kieran Hayler.
The source added: “She has five kids and yet she's sitting in that big house all alone.
"She's beside herself and feels totally lost".
Earlier this year Katie, who previously said she thought care homes were evil, revealed she was putting her son in care because he was like a “24 stone nightmare newborn”.
She said on This Morning: "He is now six foot two, 24 stone and he's still growing and he kicks off.
"I love him so much, he's my absolute life, but he's just hard work now.
