Susanna and Crystal Palace chairman Steve dated for nine months and Susanna's spokesperson confirmed the split on Sunday but had declined to comment further.
Just after 6am on Monday, Piers Morgan quizzed Susanna, 48, about her love life on Good Morning Britain and said: "Are you single again? You are aren't you?"
Susanna replied: "Yep. Let's not dwell. I'm fine, we're fine, we're very good friends. We were at the match on Saturday."

The news will come as a shock to many, after the pair were seen sitting side by side at the football on Saturday.
Susanna, 48, wore a camel coloured coat and sunglasses as she joined Steve, 53, to watch his team play Everton.
The star began dating Steve last year, her first public relationship since her split from the father of her three children, Dominic Cotton, in 2014.
