How long have Billy Ray Cyrus and Tish Cyrus been married?
Before filing for divorce a third and final time, Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus were married for 29 years.
On December 28, 1993, Billy Ray and Tish tied the knot after two years of dating.
Their nuptials was the first for Tish and the second for Billy Ray.
Previously, the latter was married to Cindy Smith.
On October 27, 2010, Billy Ray filed for divorce for the first time.
In a joint statement, he and Tish told : "As you can imagine, this is a very difficult time for our family.
"We are trying to work through some personal matters. We appreciate your thoughts and prayers."
Despite petitioning for divorce, the couple reconciled and called off the dissolving of their marriage.

The second time around, it was Tish who filed the motion for divorce from Billy Ray on June 13, 2013.
At the time, Miley's mother stated to the abovementioned outlet: "This is a personal matter and we are working to find a resolution that is in the best interest of our family.
"We ask that you respect our privacy at this time."
However, the two made amends months later and they returned from splitsville.
While retracting their divorce, they confessed: "We both woke up and realized we love each other and decided we want to stay together.
"We both went into couples therapy, something we haven’t done in 22 years of being together, and it’s brought us closer together and really opened up our communication in amazing ways."
"Tish also said marriage can be really hard, especially after 22 years of being in entertainment.
"We’ve had rough times but we both realized we didn't want to be another statistic and wanted to make it work."

Why did Billy Ray and Tish divorce?
On April 11, 2022, the divorce was called back on as Tish filed for divorce for the third and final time.
This time, the celebrity matriarch listed "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for her split from Billy Ray.
"We have grown up together, raised a family we can be so proud of, and it is now time to create our own paths," they both admitted.
The former couple share five children and one stepson; Miley, Noah, Brandi, Trace, Braison, and Christopher.
In November of the same year, Billy Ray announced he and his girlfriend Firerose were engaged.
On April 30, 2023, Tish announced she was engaged to actor Dominic Purcell.
On August 19 of the same year, she and Dominic tied the knot in a poolside Malibu wedding.
On October 10, 2023, Billy posted on his Instagram that he and his fiancée, Firerose, tied the knot.
"It was the most perfect, ethereal celebration of love we could have ever imagined," he wrote.
